This policy explains what personal data OBILIS House (obilis consultant and development) collects, what it is used for, and the rights you have under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form on this site: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, the province you plan to build in, an approximate budget, and your message — together with the page you sent it from and the language you were reading.
This site runs no third-party behavioural tracking, and we neither sell nor trade your details.
What we use it for
To call or write back, answer your questions, prepare designs and prices, and do what you asked us to do. If you later engage us to build, the same details are used to draw up the contract and related documents.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for no more than two years from your last contact. Records for signed clients are kept for as long as accounting and limitation-period law requires.
Who else sees it
Our own staff working on your enquiry, and the service providers we depend on — web hosting and email. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask to see, copy, correct, delete or suspend the use of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to us below and we will act within 30 days.
